1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TIMIflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TIMIflow is a cardiovascular disease board exam preparation question bank. The Service provides multiple-choice questions, explanations, performance analytics, and study tools designed to help medical professionals prepare for the ABIM Cardiovascular Disease Certification Examination and related assessments.

3. Eligibility

TIMIflow is intended for medical professionals, medical trainees (residents, fellows), and medical students. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You may not share your account credentials or access with others
One account per individual; institutional/shared accounts are not permitted

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TIMIflow — including questions, explanations, images, diagrams, code, and design — is the intellectual property of TIMIflow and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any TIMIflow content
Screenshot or record questions for distribution
Share questions, answers, or explanations publicly (including social media)
Use TIMIflow content to create competing products or services
Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service

Personal notes you create within TIMIflow remain your own.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share or redistribute question content outside of the platform

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of TIMIflow require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in all medical content, medicine evolves and guidelines change. TIMIflow content is reviewed by physicians but may not reflect the most recent guideline updates at all times. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in content. See the Medical Disclaimer above.

9. Limitation of Liability

TIMIflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIMIflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, exam results, or professional opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
